Academy Policies

Refund Policy

Tuition fees are strictly non-refundable once a 4-week cycle has commenced.

Attendance Requirements

Students are expected to maintain a minimum 80% attendance rate. Chronic absenteeism will require a parent-tutor meeting.

Make-Up Classes

Make-up classes are allowed once per month per subject, provided a 24-hour advance notice is given with a valid reason.
